Delivery time:
- 3-14 business days.
- Order deliveries will be made between 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. on all days.

EVEN IF THE COD ORDER IS PLACED, WE WILL ONLY SHIP IT AFTER A VERBAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER, CONFIRMINT IT. SO KINDLY EXPECT A CALL ONCE YOU PLACE A COD ORDER.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Silvayug takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hrs. of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 36 hrs. courier companies does not accept any POD dispute.
