Refund policy

Return policy:

1. We do not accept any returns.

2. In order to claim refund for a product damaged during transit, you need to send an unboxing video (without any pause and cuts) from start to end. The label should be clearly visible in the video.

3. To claim the refund you need to send the video or its link and your order ID at hello@silvayug.com. The claim if any should be made within 1 day of delivery.

4. The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date of claim.

 

 

Cancellation policy:

1. All orders will be shipped within 1 working day.

2. Orders placed can be cancelled only by end of the same day of placing an order.

3. For orders that are cancelled after dispatch, shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals
